Shipping and Delivery
At this time, IndustrialME® ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, IndustrialME® ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico and most international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Shipping occurs twice weekly and then daily during holidays; should you need something sooner, contact us and we are happy to accommodate: contact@theindustrialme.com.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. IndustrialME® is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
Sales Tax

IndustrialME® Return and Exchange Policy
Thanks for shopping at IndustrialME®. While we hope you love your functional art, we understand things happen. Should your item be damaged in shipping, or if the size isn’t perfect for you or yours, we’re here to help.
Exchange for damage in shipping or exchange for a different size:
You have seven (7) calendar days to exchange an item damaged in shipping or to exchange an item for another size, from the date you received it.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must have your receipt or proof of purchase. Lastly, you must contact us: r4shippingdamageorexchange@theindustrialme.com to initiate this process.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect and determine whether you are eligible for an exchange. If so, we will prepare the replacement item(s) for shipping and notify you within 72 hours of the status of your exchange. Should an item not be available in our inventory, we will work with you to determine the store credit or timeline for the delivery of the exchange item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
